Document and Double Check.

Once our cleaning technicians have completed the property, we will send a member of our quality control team to do a walkthrough and touch up of the property before guests arrive. During this time, the QC person will not only ensure the unit is 100% ready, but will take a detailed walkthrough video that will be shared with owners and property managers for their records.

Promote Clarity.

We do everything we can to promote clarity between our team and our property owners and managers. One of the tools we use is a visual checklist that ensures our cleaners know exactly what is expected, and can allow them to complete specific items for specific rooms. We develop a specific checklist for each property with the owner or manager to ensure we have clear expectations.

Develop Accountability.

Other than promoting clarity with our team, this form of checklist helps us to keep everyone accountable down to the last fluffed pillow and folded blanket. We can ensure our cleaners know exactly what is expected, and they can easily check to make sure they are meeting all expectations.
